Registration of Presenters is required by 15 June 2025.
The Congress Programme will be issued around the end of June.
Submissions are linked to the submitter. If you, as the submitter, are not the presenting author of an accepted paper, please inform us at congress@ersa.org.
Late registrations (after 15 June): The insertion of the paper into the programme will be done based on session availability.
Paper Upload: Uploading a paper is required or highly recommended for all presenters. Please see the deadlines and specifications below, which apply according to the type of session. Presenters can choose to grant access to the paper only to the discussant or to the public.
Discussions will be organized for all types of sessions. Assigned discussants will have access to the papers in early August.
Deadline and Specifications for Paper Upload:
Presenters accepted in Refereed sessions, Young Scientist sessions, or those who are candidates for the Epainos Award must upload the full paper by 15 June 2025. If no full paper is uploaded, the submission will be moved to an Ordinary session.
For presenters accepted in Ordinary sessions and Special sessions (who are not candidates for the Epainos Award), uploading a full paper is not mandatory but is highly recommended, as each presentation will be assigned a discussant.
