We are pleased to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the 64th ERSA Congress, which will be held at Panteion University in Athens from 26-29 August 2025.
We expect over 1,000 participants for this exciting edition of #ERSA2025.

Pricing Policy
ERSA's pricing structure is designed to ensure that all organizations have the opportunity to participate in the ERSA Congress. The pricing categories are as follows:
- Reduced Rate: Applicable to publishers and non-profit organizations.
- Full Rate: Applicable to other organizations, including start-ups, public bodies, government agencies, and academic institutions.
- Loyalty Rate: Available to exhibitors from the 63rd ERSA Congress in Terceira (2024).

Cancellations of stand bookings must be submitted in writing via email to congress@ersa.org.
- Cancellations made by 15 June 2025: 50% refund (minus applicable bank charges)
- Cancellations made by 15 July 2025: 20% refund (minus applicable bank charges)
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 15 July 2025.
