*The RSAI member fee applies to: active members of ERSA sections (i.e. RSAI-BIS, ASRDLF, AISRe, GfR, APDR, …) as well as members of other supraregional sections or associations of RSAI ( i.e. NARSC, PRSCO, LARCSA).

** The special fee applies to:

PhD students who are under 33 years old as of 1 September 2025.
Participants of the ERSA Summer School 2024 and 2025 (students/young researchers attending the lectures).
Participants from lower-income countries (with an annual GDP per capita below USD 22,000) according to the latest World Bank figures. The country considered must be your country of residence.
Retired faculty members.

***The Accompanying Person fee is intended for individuals accompanying a congress participant. However, they will not be permitted to attend the scientific programme.
