An outstanding ERSA2022 Mix Programme (online/Onsite) ensured by an amazing Speakers' line-up, exciting parallel sessions including high-level quality presentations by top-level scientists and promising young researchers, Policy roundtable sessions with the participation of Public Sector Institutions such as the European Commission and the OECD. PRICING POLICY
ERSA pricing structure aims to enable all organizations the opportunity to take part in ERSA congress by offering:
- Reduced rate: applicable for publishers and non-profit organizations.
- Full rate: applicable for other organizations, including start-ups, public bodies, government and academic institutions
- Loyalty rate: applicable for 2019 exhibitors at the 59th ERSA Congress in Lyon
(FR) .

The Exhibitor stand rate includes:
- Exhibition space (+/- 4sqm) with 1 table (100cmX200cm), 2 chairs - Electrical package and WiFi provided
- Opportunity to have your own online Session in the programme. The session will be live streamed and recorded.
- Name of your organization and contact details in the Congress booklet and advertising on the online event platform.
- Inclusion of your corporate logo in the exhibitors'list page of the congress website.
- Advertising of your participation prior the congress via ERSA Channels (enews, social media, website)
- One complimentary Congress registration including
all social events: Welcome Reception, Get-together party, Let's play
together party (limited access) and Official Dinner. Additional
Exhibitor/Congress registration at the advantageous rate of 170 euros.
- Access to both online and onsite parts of the Congress including many opportunities of networking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to the ERSA Congress Secretariat.
Until 30th June 2022: 50% (less applicable bank charges) of the paid fees will be refunded.
No refund will be applied to cancellations made after 30th June 2022.
