Presenting authors must register by June 10th, 2019 at the latest.
Co-authors or colleagues who want to attend the Congress, have also to register individually via the online registration form.
Congress Participants may register an Accompanying Person on the Congress Registration Form, but Accompanying Persons cannot be participating academic researchers.

Submitters' registration and paper upload timeline
Should the submitter not be able to present and wishes to be replaced by a co-author, please inform us who will be the registered presenter as soon as possible.
Please click on the following Submission Portal - Paper Upload Link to upload or update your accepted paper (if needed).
All Presenters (all type of sessions) must register by June 10th, 2019 to be included in the preliminary programme. Please note: Registration is effective upon payment. For late registrants, we accept to receive the fees after the deadline of the 10th of June (proof of payment is recommended as soon as possible).

Presenters in Refereed Sessions, Special Sessions and Young Scientists / Epainos Sessions:
Presenters in Ordinary Sessions can also upload their paper at any time if they wish to share it with the participants before the Congress.
Registration fee
* IMPORTANT: Presenting Authors must register and pay fees before June 10th, 2019 to have their paper(s) scheduled in the final programme.
** RSAI member fee is applicable to members of ERSA sections (ie RSAI-BIS, ASRDLF, AISRe, GfR, APDR, …) and to members of the other RSAI Super Regional Organisations ( i.e. NARSC, PRSCO, LACRSA).
*** The Special fee is applicable for:
• PhD-students who have not reached the age of 33 years on September 1st 2019
• Participants of the ERSA Summer/Winter School 2018 and 2019 (students/young researchers attending the lectures)
• Participants from lower income countries (with annual GDP per capita lower than 20,000 USD) according to the latest World Bank Figures.
• Retired faculty
**** The Accompanying Person fee is intended for those persons who accompany a participant to the Congress, but they will not be allowed to participate in the scientific programme.
The Congress Participant registration fee includes:
• Congress booklet
• Access to all Congress sessions
• Access to the Networking area (including the Exhibition zones)
• Access to the Smart Rooms (with computers and internet connection)
• WiFi (Eduroam) during the Congress period
• Welcome Reception, Get-together party, Gala Dinner and After Party
• Let's play together party (Places are limited on first come first served basis)
• Lunches and coffee breaks as indicated in the programme
The Accompanying Person registration fee includes:
• Access to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Congress
• Access to the Networking area (including the Exhibition zones)
• WiFi (Eduroam) during the Congress period
• Welcome Reception, Get-together party and Official Dinner
• Let's play together party (Places are limited on first come first served basis)
Social Events and Technical Excursions
The LOC has organised Social Events and Technical Excursions for all participants and accompanying persons.
Technical Excursions will take place in parallel with congress sessions. More details of registration conditions will be provided in due course.
