Your personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of the congress. This includes communication regarding your registration details, submissions (if any), the congress programme, and post-congress feedback emails, such as an evaluation survey. (You may also receive other emails from ERSA if you have subscribed to our regular newsletter.)

By giving your consent, you authorize ERSA to record the sessions and publish the videos on its YouTube channel, where you may be visible.
