Exhibit with ERSA at Terceira
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to take part as an exhibitor in the 63rd ERSA Congress, during the onsite part of the programme (28-30 August 2024).
We expect circa 1000+ participants, including 700+ at Terceira Island and 300+ to register online for this #ERSA2024 edition.
The ERSA2024 Edition (online & onsite) proposes an amazing programme of Keynote Lectures and Roundtables (tbc), complemented by exciting Special Sessions and General Sessions. The unique ERSA Congress platform will once again gather regional scientists from worldwide including top-level scientists and promising young researchers, but also many practitioners and policy makers.
This is, for sure, the place to be keep up to date, exchange ideas, and showcase your products, Services or Projects to Congress participants from all over the world.
Target: Publishers, non-profit organisations, startups, public bodies, government and academic institutions.
Exhibition space is limited and will be secured on a first come basis.
PRICING POLICY
ERSA pricing structure aims to enable all organizations the opportunity to take part in ERSA congress by offering:
- Reduced rate: applicable for publishers and non-profit organizations.
- Full rate: applicable for other organizations, including start-ups, public bodies, government and academic institutions.
- Loyalty category: applicable for 2023 exhibitors at the 62nd ERSA Congress in Alicante.

The Exhibitor stand rate includes:
- Exhibition space (+/- 4sqm) with 1 table (+/-100cmX200cm), 2 chairs - Electrical package and WiFi provided
- Free advertisement on the #ERSA2024 Virtual platform.
- Inclusion of your corporate logo in the exhibitors'list page of the congress website.
- Advertising of your participation prior the congress via ERSA Channels (enews, social media, website)
- One complimentary Congress registration including
all social events: Welcome Reception, Get-together party, Let's play
together party (limited access) and Official Dinner.
Additional Exhibitor/Congress registration at the advantageous rate of 200 euros. - Access to both online and onsite parts of the Congress including many opportunities of networking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of stand booking must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to the congress@ersa.org.
Until 30 June 2024: 50% and until 15 July: 20% of the paid amount (less applicable bank charges) will be refunded. No refund will be applied to cancellations made after 15 July 2024.
