Exhibit with ERSA at the 65th ERSA Congress in Sofia
We are pleased to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the 65th ERSA Congress, which will be held at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 25-28 August 2026.
We expect over 1,000 participants for this exciting edition of #ERSA2026.
The ERSA2026 Congress will feature a diverse and engaging programme, including Keynote Lectures by distinguished experts in the field.
This unique platform will once again bring together regional scientists from around the world, including top-level academics, emerging young researchers, and influential practitioners and policymakers.

Please note that exhibition space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participation rules
ERSA is willing to host publishers if at least 4 of their employees pay the participation rate:
- Reduced Rate (410 euros per person) up to the end of June.
- Full Rate (460 euros per person)

Cancellations of stand bookings must be submitted in writing via email to congress@ersa.org.
- Cancellations made by 15 July 2026: 50% refund (minus applicable bank charges)
- Cancellations made by 30 July 2026: 20% refund (minus applicable bank charges)
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 July 2026.
