Exhibit with ERSA at Alicante

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to take part as an exhibitor in the 62nd ERSA Congress, during the onsite part of the programme (29 August-1 September 2023).

In Alicante, we are coming back with a big in-person ERSA Congress! Following the Call for abstracts and acceptance of over 1200 submissions, we expect over 800 participants will travel to spain for #ERSA2023.

The ERSA2023 Edition (online & in-Person) proposes an amazing programme of Keynote Lectures and Roundtables, complemented by exciting Special Sessions and General Sessions.  The unique ERSA Congress platform will once again gather regional scientists from worldwide including top-level scientists and promising young researchers, but also many practitioners and policy makers. 

This is, for sure, the place to be keep up to date, exchange ideas, and showcase your products, Services or Projects to Congress participants from all over the world.

Target: Publishers, non-profit organisations, startups, public bodies, government and academic institutions. 

Exhibition space is limited and will be secured on a first come basis.

PRICING POLICY 
ERSA pricing structure aims to enable all organizations the opportunity to take part in ERSA congress by offering:

• Reduced rate:  applicable for publishers and non-profit organizations.
  
• Full rate: applicable for other organizations, including start-ups, public bodies, government and academic institutions
  
• Loyalty category: applicable for 2019 exhibitors at the 59th ERSA Congress in Lyon (FR) . 

The Exhibitor stand rate includes: 

• Exhibition space (+/- 4sqm) with 1 table (+/-100cmX200cm), 2 chairs - Electrical package and WiFi provided
• Opportunity to have your own online Session in the programme. The session will be live streamed and recorded. Reach Online participants and promote your participation in Alicante.
• Free advertisement on the #ERSA2023 Virtual platform. 
• Inclusion of your corporate logo in the exhibitors'list page of the congress website.
• Advertising of your participation prior the congress via ERSA Channels (enews, social media, website) 
• One complimentary Congress registration including all social events: Welcome Reception, Get-together party, Let's play together party (limited access) and Official Dinner. Additional Exhibitor/Congress registration at the advantageous rate of 200 euros. 
  
• Access to both online and onsite parts of the Congress including many opportunities of networking.
