The Local Organising Committee in collaboration with BCD Meeting & Events proposes a selection of four attractive excursions for congress participants and accompanying persons registered at the Congress.
City Tour Alicante
Date and time: Wednesday, 30 August, 9.30-13.30
Price: 40 EUR/person
The price includes: Bus + Guide in English
Guided tour of Santa Bárbara Castle .
Walk though the historic center : Alicante Town Hall, Basílica of Santa María, Co-Cathedral of San Nicolás , Museum of the "Hogueras de San Juan".
Archaecological Museum Of Alicante + Temporary
Exhibition “Warriors Of Xian”
Date and time: Thursday, 31 August, 9.30-13.30
Price: 45 EUR/person

Costa Blanca: Altea Y Benidorm
Date and time: Friday, 1 September, 9.30-16.30 approx.

Two of the most emblematic cities of the Costa Blanca.
Walk through Altea with its cobbles streets with white washed houses until you reach the Plaza Mayor from where there are incredible views of the sea and the mountains .
The excursion continues in Benidorm, through its old town and its famous viewpoint.
Free time to eat and return to Alicante.
Tabarca Island
Date and time: Saturday, 2 September, 9.30-15.00 approx.
Price: 50 EUR/person
Price includes: Bus + Guide in English + Boat from Santa Pola
Transfer by bus to the port of Santa Pola to take the boat to Tabarca.
The boat ride is only half an hour.
Guided tour and free time to enjoy the beach, the sea and the local gastronomy.
Terms & Conditions:
- The meeting point of each excursion: University of Alicante.
- If a minimum of 20 participants per excursion is not reached, the activity will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded.
