Registration for Attendees is now OPEN.

Important note
Considering the difficult times we are facing, ERSA has decided to set symbolic fees for this Web Conference. We hope this will enable a maximum number of regional scientists to gather again, network and benefit from the relevant and hot knowledge produced by ERSA unique Community.

Registration of Presenting Authors
Presenting Authors, who have marked their interest for online presentation, are currently invited by email to pre-register by July 15th. After confirmation from the ERSA Conference Secretariat, they will be requested to pay the due fees to guarantee their paper(s) is scheduled in the virtual programme.  Registration deadline for presenters : July 30th. 
Important: Registration as a presenter is only allowed for presenters having received a formal acceptance (paper status: online accepted).  

Paper Upload
Registered Presenters will be able to upload their (draft or updated) paper from July 20th to August 5th.

Registration of Attendees*
*Attendees are intended as participants who do not present during the Conference.
Attendees will be invited to register by July 20
th via the online registration form. The Attendee fee will be also applicable to co-authors or colleagues who want to attend the Web Conference.

* Attendee Fee is meant for participants who do not present during the event. 
* RSAI member fee is applicable to members of  ERSA sections (i.e. RSAI-BIS, ASRDLF, AISRe, GfR, APDR, …) and to members of the other RSAI Supraregional Organisation( i.e. NARSC, PRSCO, LARCSA).  
*** The Special fee is applicable for PhD-students who have not reached the age of 33 years on September 1st, 2020

How to register
Presenting Authors and Attendees must first sign in (with their ERSA credentials) or sign up if they don’t have an ERSA account yet. After signing in/up, they will be able to fill in their Online registration form.

Registration fee includes: 

  • Web Conference Abstract eBook and list of participants
  • Access to all Sessions of the Web Conference
  • Many online networking opportunities.
  • Certificates will be sent out to all Presenters. Co-authors of presented papers, may also receive a Certificate upon request.
  • Certificates of Attendance for all attendees (by email after the conference).

Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Participants (Presenters and Attendees) of the Web Conference 2020, and be must be accepted on registration.

ERSA organizing committee reserves the right to make amendments to the programme or any related activity at its discretion.

Web Conference Registration and Participation in the programme

  • The registration fees are applicable to all participants, except invited keynote speakers, organisers’ guests and accredited press representatives.
  • Presenting authors must pre-register by July 15th and pay fees before July 30th, 2020 to have their paper(s) scheduled in the programme.
  • The RSAI member fee is only applicable for members of ERSA sections and for members of one of the other RSAI Super Regional Organisations (NARSC, PRSCO, LARCSA).
    Please note: Membership status will be checked and if your membership is not paid, you will be charged the balance between member and non-member fee and your paper will not be accepted until the full fees are paid. For further details about membership, please contact a regional representative.
  • The Special fee is applicable for PhD-students presenting at the Conference and who have not reached the age of 33 years on September 1st 2020.
  • Registration is only assured upon receipt of registration fees. Registered participants whose payment is not complete will not have access to the Web Conference. Payments are to be made in EURO. Payment Liability of fees arises at the time of registration. Where payment is not received prior to the start of the event, the registration will be cancelled not with standing the fact that the liability of full payment still exists.

Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. However, we recommend paying by credit card through our secure online registration system.
In case of payment by bank transfer, bank charges must be paid by the Participant. B
ank details will be communicated to participants in the registration confirmation email.

As soon as your online registration (mandatory) is received and after verification that the due fee has been paid, a receipt from ERSA will  be sent to participants to confirm payment. Please note: If your organisation requires its VAT number to be present on the receipt, please make sure you have filled in the "VAT field" while registering online.

Cancellation Policy
The fees will not be refundable.
