In order to comply with GDPR, ERSA needs your specific consent to process your data for ERSA2023 Congress participation.

  • Your personal data will be collected and further processed for the sole purpose of the respective congress.
  • We communicate to you regarding your registration details, your submissions (if any), the programme itself and post-congress feedback emails like an evaluation survey (you may receive other emails from ERSA if you have subscribed to our regular newsletter).
  • You authorize ERSA to record the sessions and post the videos on its Youtube channel where you may be visible.

For logistic issues, we kindly ask you to estimate arrival and departure dates in Alicante.
(You will be able to update this info on a later stage too)
The In-person programme will start on Tuesday evening 29 August with the Welcome Reception and end on Friday 1 September.

IMPORTANT for Wifi access
University of Alicante (UA) signed the Eduroam agreement and thus you will have access to the Wi-Fi network ‘eduroam’ at the University.
If don't have Eduroam and need Wifi connection during the Congress, please provide us your Passpord or ID number. Please note that requests for wifi permissions must be made by 28 July.
