Alicante has wide range of hotels across all budget ranges.
The Local Organizing Committee has reserved rooms in several of these hotels at a preferential rate. Bookings should be made directly with the hotels, providing them with the booking code (provided by ERSA Congress Secretariat) so that you can obtain the special congress rate.
Below you will find a list of accommodation options for the week of the ERSA Congress in Alicante. The LOC has booked a certain number of rooms for the dates of the Congress at a specified rate for delegates. The hotels have been categorised according to their price-rating and distance from the Congress venue in University of Alicante. The Villa Universitaria offer is proposed first for Young researchers like PhD. Students but booking is open to all delegates. Room reservation requests are processed on a first come first serve basis, subject to availability of rooms. The booking code has been sent by email to all submitters and organisers of the congress and the code is also included in the registration confirmation mail. It is required for the Villa Universitaria and the Hotel Alicante Golf.
