The congress venue in the city centre of Groningen

The congress venue is in the Academy Building and Harmonie Complex of the University of Groningen. All social events are in walking distance. Venue address: Academy Building, Broerstraat 5, 9712 CP Groningen, The Netherlands.

You will find the Registration Desk at the Entrance of the Academy Building, for collecting your badge and congress bag.

Nearby the Registration desk you will find the Helpdesk/Infopoint in room AB A7 ( 0007), for any questions about the congress and other practical information:

Access for disabled people
The Academy Building has a special side-entrance with an elevator on the left-handside of the building. The Harmonie Complex is accessible for wheelchair users and has elevators as well as special toilets facilities.
Two parking spaces for disabled people are available at the Academy building parking lot and three at the Harmonie Complex. Please contact the reception upon arrival if you wish to make use of these spaces (Tel. +3150 363 5250 or +3150 363 5901). Reservations in advance cannot be made.
